Although this book is six years old it is highly relevant and a great read.  I strongly recommend this "Gluten-Free Survival Guide" for anyone that is either dealing with Celiac Disease first hand or has a loved one dealing with the disease.  For that matter, it's a super resource for anyone who is interested in eliminating gluten from their diet.
